The Property

Bellarine Peninsula Thoroughbred Agistment Park is set on 220 acres in the rich grazing land of the Bellarine Peninsula, near Geelong. The property has been purpose-built and carefully developed specifically for spelling thoroughbreds.

The farm comprises 59 double-fenced paddocks, offering excellent separation, safety and flexibility for individual horse management. Paddocks and yards are available in a range of sizes to accommodate different spelling and management requirements.

Paddocks feature 5-foot-high double fencing and automatic 400-litre water troughs, with the majority of paddocks also including a large loose box.

Mature plantations line and divide the property, providing natural wind protection, shade and shelter. This creates a quiet, low-stress environment well suited to thoroughbred spelling.

The property is secure with automatic gates at the main entrance and exit, and gated laneways throughout the farm, allowing for safe and controlled movement of horses.

We operate an excellent pasture maintenance program. Pastures are renovated, fertilised and rested yearly to maintain quality and sustainability.

The property benefits from a mild climate well-suited to thoroughbred spellers.

The farm operates as a spelling-only property, with no horses ridden, contributing to a calm routine and ensuring spelling horses remain very settled.
